Working with the organisers of VetEd 2019 we set up a conference website providing all the information delegates needed to attend the conference including:
- Programme information
- Link to abstract submission portal
- Speaker information
- Link to on-line registration portal
- Sponsors and sponsorship information
- Travel and accommodation information
- Contact details
On-line Registration
A secure, GDPR compliant, on-line registration portal was set up to accept registrations for this 3 day conference and choice from 7 pre-conference workshops.
We provided regular progress reports detailing abstracts submitted, registrations, reconciled accounts and website updates.
Abstract Submission
Working with the organisers of VetEd 2019 we set up an abstract submission portal for authors to submit brief abstracts for either poster presentation, oral presentation or workshop presentation, selecting from a number of topics.
The system was easy to use and allowed authors to log in to make amendments.
Digital Posters
We provided a password protected page on the conference website to host the digital posters where delegates could view the abstract, poster and author information and the organisers could download the posters to display on screens at the venue.
